Tom Ahlborg – Managing Director / Principal

Thomas B. Ahlborg is the Managing Director for Ahlborg Acquisitions, LLC, an Angel Investment firm.  Before starting Ahlborg Acquisitions, LLC, Mr. Ahlborg was the Chief Financial Officer for Granite Loan Management, LLC, a company with a reporting infrastructure that includes $1.5 Billion in assets under management.   Mr. Ahlborg has extensive interest and experience in areas of risk mitigation, as well as in-depth experience in leading and directing process-improvement initiatives, streamlining operations and managing change through improved technical solutions.  Mr. Ahlborg has been investing for over 30 years.

Mr. Ahlborg also serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Trustees at the Montessori School of Denver and is the Treasurer for the National Association of Construction Lending.

Mr. Ahlborg has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Metropolitan State College of Denver where he graduated Outstanding Student from the School of Business and President's Award winner (Valedictorian).

William T. Ahlborg Jr. - Principal

William T. Ahlborg Jr. is a Principal Partner of Ahlborg Acquisitions, LLC – Prior to forming Ahlborg Acquisitions, LLC, Mr. Ahlborg was with the First National Bank of Denver Trust Department 1963- 1967. He was in the construction industry as principal and owner of both Graefe, Ahlborg, Sullivan Realestate and Countyline Homes, Inc. from 1967 – 1984. He was in investment brokerage with A. G. Edwards & Sons 1985-2001. He has and is managing private portfolios 2001 – present.

Steve McBride – Principal

Steven T. McBride is a Principal Partner for Ahlborg Acquisitions, LLC. Before starting with Ahlborg Acquisitions, LLC, Mr. McBride was a Certified Journeymen with over 25 yrs. of experience at a small business that engineered and manufactured plastic molds. Mr. McBride produced over hundreds of plastic molds for medical supply companies, electronic companies, etc. Mr. McBride worked in manufacturing for over 28yrs.  Mr. McBride has been investing for over 15 years.
